Synopsis
Arthur is feeling lonely and Merlin is very busy. The wizard has to educate the future king of England, the lad who will pull the sword out of the stone. Kay, Mordred and Morgan, a wicked sorceress, want the kingdom for themselves. When Arthur takes out the sword to help his brother, Morgan tries her last device, but things don’t turn out as she hoped.

 

The Setting

The stage. A churchyard backdrop. A stone with a sword. A bush. A bench.

 

Author Biography

A U.S. citizen and high school English teacher, Olivia Arieti lives in Torre del Lago Puccini, Italy with her family. After living in Miami Beach, Detroit and Milan, she graduated from the University of Pisa in Contemporary Literature and Languages and published a few articles and short stories.
